摘要

介绍了铝合金压铸缸体的制造工艺流程、关键设备、相关工艺及品质控制

阐述了实时控制、真空压铸及局部增压等在铝合金缸体压铸的应用效果

对曾经出现的品质问题及工艺改进做了分析

并从主机厂SQE的角度

对重要特性的相关标准、检测手段及工艺保证进行了描述。

Abstract

The manufacturing process

key equipment

process and quality control for aluminum alloy diecasting cylinder block were described

and the application effects of the new technology such as real-time control

vacuum die casting and partial pressurization in the die-casting aluminum alloy cylinder block were expounded.The analysis and improvement of quality problems were conducted.Finally

from the view of SQE

related standards and testing method as well as process measurements of the important characteristics were described.
