压铸模如出现早期开裂
可能原因是压铸模合金成分偏析、淬火压力不够、冷速慢、截面改变处过渡角小等。可采用固溶淬火+高温回火
分级和等温淬火
回火后快冷等方法
提高韧度
延长使用寿命;加热时严重过热致马氏体针和晶粒粗大
使滑块断口呈现准解理脆性断裂
应严格控制滑块热处理工艺操作;采用蒸气处理、离子渗氮、PVD、CVD表面镀膜、渗硼处理、喷涂润滑剂等措施可避免压铸模焊合及熔损失效破坏。
