镁合金EBSD试样电解抛光工艺研究
摘要
分析了电解温度、试样形状、试样非观测区域绝缘与否对镁合金EBSD试样电解抛光质量的影响。结果表明
取向标定率可以直接由电流来反映
三者对取向标定率的影响可以归结为对电流的影响。其中
电解液温度对取向标定率有决定性影响。通过对AZ31镁合金电解试样的菊池带质量等的对比分析
得到最佳的电压、电解温度、电解时间和电流参数的组合
其取向标定率可达到94%以上。另外
块状试样比板状拉伸试样电解后具有更高的取向标定率
对试样非观测区域进行绝缘处理将得到更高的取向标定率。上述电解工艺也适用于其他一些镁合金电解抛光。
Abstract
Influences of electrolytic temperature

and effects of the three factors on the orientation indexing rate can be attributed to effect on the current
where electrolytic temperature plays a key role in orientation indexing rate.By comparison with the quality of Kikuchi bands of a series of electrolytic-polished magnesium alloys samples
an optimal parameter combination of the voltage
electrolytic temperature
electrolysis time and the current was presented
and under the given conditions
the orientation indexing rate can be reached above 94%.In addition
after electrolyticpolishing
the block sample has a higher orientation indexing rate than sheet tension sample
and insulating treatment for the non-contacted zone of the sample can obtain the higher orientation indexing rate.The above mentioned electrolytic parameters were suitable for electrolytic-polishing other kinds of magnesium alloys.
