研究了Fe元素对ZL114A合金疲劳行为的影响
测试了Fe含量为0.07%和0.5%时合金的疲劳极限
观察了合金在两种Fe含量下的疲劳断口。结果表明
Fe含量为0.5%时的疲劳极限比0.07%时降低了15%;Fe含量为0.07%时
在较高轴向应力作用下
金属疲劳断口形貌呈现较多解理面
而在低轴向应力作用下合金断口具有典型裂纹萌生、裂纹扩展以及韧窝特征;Fe含量为0.5%时
无论在高轴向应力作用下还是在低轴向应力作用下
合金疲劳断口都呈现较多解理面。
Abstract
Effects of Fe element on fatigue behaviors of ZL114 Aalloy were investigated.The fatigue limit of ZL114 Aalloy with low Fe content(0.07%)and high Fe content(0.5%)was tested
and the fracture morphology was observed.The results show that the fatigue limit of alloy with high Fe content(0.5%)is 15%lower than that of the alloy with low Fe content(0.07%).When the Fe content is 0.07%
there exists much cleavage plane in fracture morphology under high axial stress
and it is characterized by crack initiation
crack propagation and abruptness fracture area in the fracture morphology under lower axial stress
while the Fe content is 0.5%
it is characterized by much cleavage plane in the fracture morphology under either high or low axial stress.
