摘要

以DCT250变速器电磁阀阀体出现泄漏、气缩孔缺陷为研究对象

分析了铸件发生泄漏、气缩孔的根本原因。通过优化浇注系统及排溢系统

最终消除了铸造缺陷

铸件质量得到大幅提升。

Abstract

Origination of leakage and gas shrinkage in DCT250 gearbox magnetic was described based on the MAGMA software.By optimizing the gating system and overflow system

the defects in the magnetic valve were eliminated

greatly improving the quality.
