φ450mm电极锭浇注时间的模拟研究
摘要
为解决某钢厂φ450mm电极钢锭内部质量较差的问题
设计锭身和冒口浇注时间比的多个变速浇注方案(即提高锭身浇注速度
降低冒口浇注速度)
利用ProCAST软件对浇注时间进行模拟。对数值模拟结果的分析发现
虽然优化方案凝固时间要长于原始方案
但有利于冒口补缩、改善铸件品质。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem in the poor internal quality of some steel electrode ingot with 450 mm in diameter by constant-velocity pouring
multiple variable speed pouring design with ingot body and riser to a pouring time ratio were implemented.The pouring time was simulated by the ProCAST software.The simulated results reveal that although the solidification time of the optimizted process is longer than the original design
it is helpful for feeding the riser and improving the quality of castings.
