Cu-0.33Cr-0.06 Zr alloy was prepared in the process of solid solution
cold deformation and aged under DC with different current densities.Different DC densities were imposed with aging at 450℃for different time to understand influence of aged time and different current densities on electrical properties of Cu-0.33Cr-0.06 Zr alloy.The morphology of crecipitation phase was observed by means of high resolution transmission electron microscope
and the aging kinetics of the alloy was described.The results show that in contrast with those of the alloy aged without DC
the electric conductivity of the alloy aged with 100A/cm current is the lower
while the alloy aged with 300、400A/cm2 current is the higher than aged one without DC.With 400 A/cm2 DC
the electrical conductivity of alloy with aging for 2hours is increased to 49.5 MS/m
approaching the peak value.Cr and CuZr3 precipitates in the alloy aged can be observed.The Avrami equation of phase transformation kinetics and the electrical conductivity equation are derived through the analysis of the relationship between electrical conductivity and volume fraction of precipitates.
