DZ4、DZ22定向合金叶片的再结晶分析
摘要
对不同寿命的DZ4、DZ22合金叶片进行了解剖分析。结果表明
由于加工工艺的不同
叶片的不同部位再结晶厚度不同
再结晶晶粒沿枝晶轴的生长速率大于沿枝晶间的生长速率。枝晶间的再结晶组织为胞状结构
再结晶组织在叶片的使用过程中没有进一步长大
但存在晶界宽化现象
并有颗粒状碳化物析出。
Abstract
The DZ4
DZ22 directional alloy blades with different service life were analyzed.The results show that different location of the blade has different recrystallization thickness due to the processing technology difference
and the growth rate of recrystallization grain size along the dendric axis is faster than along the interdendritic.Interdendritic recrystallization structure exhibits the cellular structure
which isn’t further grown in the process of the use of the blade.However
grain boundary is wided with granular carbide precipitation.
