MgCa合金对铅黄铜组织与性能的影响
摘要
以废旧铅黄铜添加MgCa合金为研究对象
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、X射线衍射仪以及FactSage软件计算、弹塑性计算
对铸态合金的微观组织、物相组成以及力学性能、切削性能进行了研究。结果表明
随着MgCa添加量的增加
铅黄铜仍为均匀分布的α+β两相组织
但α相减少
β相增加
α相晶粒形状变得圆整。添加MgCa合金能使游离Pb形成稳定的Ca2Pb、Mg2Pb高熔点化合物
降低了Pb的危害。Ca2Pb、Mg2Pb呈脆性
Cu2Mg呈塑性
总体使得铅黄铜的硬度逐渐增加
电导率逐渐下降
但对铅黄铜切屑性能影响不大。
Abstract
Effects of MgCa alloy on microstructure
composition constituent and mechanical properties
cutting behavior of the lead brass were investigated by optical microscope(OM)
scanning electron microscope(SEM)
EDS
XRD and FactSage calculation as well as elastic calculation.The results show that with the increase of MgCa alloy addition
lead brass is still composed ofαandβtwo-phase structures with uniform distribution
however
theαphase content is reduced andβphase content is increased.In addition
theαphase is tended to be spherical.With MgCa alloy addition
Ca2 Pb and Mg2 Pb compounds with stable and high melting point can be generated with lead
decreasing the harm of lead.The Ca2 Pb and Mg2 Pb are brittle and Cu2 Mg exhibits plastic
leading to hardness increase and conductivity decrease gradually
however
effects on cutting behavior of the alloy scraps can be ignored.
