摘要

设计并搭建了连铸二冷气雾射流热态传热试验装置

进行了连铸二冷区钢板试样冷却过程的模拟。通过在试样内部布置热电偶测量试样实时温度值

利用一维非稳态导热反问题计算法反算了表面温度、表面传热系数和表面热流密度。结果表明

试样气雾冷却过程中其表面热流密度随喷射过程呈现波动起伏

在射流冲击区宽度方向上呈现中心大

边部小的趋势

平均对流传热系数为2 454.6W/（m2·K）。

Abstract

Experimental equipment of secondary cooling gas-atomizer heating transfer for continuous casting was designed to realize cooling process simulation of continuous casting steel slab.The surface temperature

heat transfer coefficient and heat flux were calculated by an inverse calculation method established during a one-dimensional unsteady heat conduction process through measuring real-time temperature in steel slabs with thermal-coupler.The experimental results show that the surface heat flux during air-atomizer cooling process exhibits fluctuation change with the different time and the trend on length and width direction of the jet.The average convective heat transfer coefficient on the surface reaches2 454.6W/（m2·K）.
