摘要

以喷射沉积技术制备出了Mg-Al-Zn系合金沉积坯

然后对其挤压

并对其尺寸不均匀的挤压坯进行不同工艺的热处理

研究热处理工艺对其组织与性能不均匀性的影响。结果表明

热处理工艺可改善镁合金挤压坯组织及性能的不均匀性。经过热处理后挤压坯中的Al2Ca粒子数量、尺寸及分布的变化和Mg晶体轴比（c/a）的减少是改善镁合金组织与性能不均匀性的主要原因。

Abstract

The Mg-Al-Zn alloy billets were produced by spraying deposition method.As-extruded alloys prepared with uneven size were treated at different heat treatment processes to understand the inhomogeneity of microstructures and mechanical properties.The results indicate that the heat treatment process can improve the inhomogeneity of microstructures and mechanical properties of as-extruded alloys.After heat treatment

both the changes of Al2 Ca particles in number

size

distribution and the Mg axial-ratio reduction are responsible for the inhomogeneity improvement of microstructure and mechanical properties of as-extruded alloys.
