向ZL107合金中加入不同含量的Ce
通过扫描电镜观测、力学性能、磨损性能和腐蚀性能测试等手段
研究了Ce对ZL107合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明
ZL107合金经Ce变质后
共晶Si形貌由针状变为均匀分布的短棒状
且晶粒组织得到细化。变质后合金的力学性能得到明显提高。当加入0.3%的Ce时
合金的抗拉强度和伸长率提高到198.7MPa和3.7%
耐磨性和耐蚀性分别较未变质处理的ZL107合金提高了61%和70.8%。进一步增加Ce加入量
变质效果变差
合金性能下降。
Abstract
Influences of different Ce content on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL107 alloy were investigation by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)
tensile testing
wear resistance testing and corrosion resistance testing.The results show that morphology of eutectic Si in the ZL107 alloy is transformed from needle-flake shape to short bar shape with uniform distribution after modification
and the grains size is refined.The properties of ZL107 alloy with Ce modification are improved remarkably.The tensile strength and elongation of the alloy with 0.3% Ce modification reach up to 198.7 MPa and3.7%
respectively
and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance are increased by 61% and by70.8%
respectively.However
modification effect become worse with further Ce addition
