The distribution of TiH2 particles foamed agent in the liquid aluminum alloy is related closely with the structure and properties of foamed aluminum.Dispersed behavior of TiH2 particles in the molten aluminum was simulated by the Fluent
especially effects of stirring blade parameters and stirring speed.The results show that dispersed uniformity of TiH2 particles is affected by radial and axial flow of molten aluminum
and it is related with stirring blade parameters and stirring speed.With 3layers of stirring blades with 30 cm in length
inclined angle of 30°and stirring velocity of 50r/s
distributed uniformity of TiH2 particles in molten aluminum exhibits desirable.
