摘要

随着机械自动化技术不断发展

自动化单元逐步应用于压铸生产

但压铸设备的生产管理水平需要进一步提升。有效的方法是开发压铸单元远程监控系统。结合这一信息化管理需求

进行了自动化压铸单元远程监控系统的开发与应用

包括压铸机与周边设备间的通讯方式、远程监控系统设计方案、软件实现及运行效果。远程监控计算机通过工业以太网和OPC技术实现了与车间内设备的远程实时通讯

能对压铸单元进行监控。试运行结果表明

该系统能检测出压射异常造成的不合格铸件。

Abstract

With the rapid development of technologies of mechanical automation

automatic units are widely used for pressure die casting.However

the production management capacity for the machine needs to be improved.The most efficient way is to develop remote monitor system for the die casting units.Combined with information management requirement

the development and application of remote monitor system was introduced

including communication mode between die casting machine and ancillary equipment

remote monitor system design proposal

software implementation and the application estimation.Remote monitor terminal can communicate with the device based on industrial Ethernet and OPC technology.The result indicates that the system can find the substandard products caused by unstable injection.
