基于数字化技术的铸造工艺卡的研究
摘要
数字化管理模式下
铸造工艺卡作为企业铸造工艺载体
内容常常不够全面详尽
与车间生产实际相脱节
没有形成生产过程、质量信息和工艺3者之间的闭环反馈[9]
不能有效地控制工艺成本。针对这些问题
提出了基于数字化技术的铸造工艺卡参考模型
此模型包含造型、合箱浇注、清理打磨等主要工艺参数
涵盖工装模具、作业路线、工艺BOM、工艺成本、质检要求、生产质检反馈等方面。实际应用表明
该工艺卡参考模型能有效指导车间生产
良好控制铸件质量
快速准确地形成工艺BOM
较好地控制工艺成本。
Abstract
In digital management mode
as the carrier of enterprise’s casting process
the casting process card is often not comprehensive and detailed
which results in the mismatch between workshop production and casting process.Besides
the current casting process card can not form closed loop feedback with production process and quality information
so can not effectively control the cost of casting process.Aiming at the problems mentioned
a casting process card reference model based on digital technology was proposed.The casting process card reference model is composed of modeling
mould assembling
casting
blasting and so on
which covers mould process
operating route job
process BOM
process cost
quality require
feedback of production and quality test.The practical application reveals that the process card reference model can effectively guide workshop production
control casting quality well
form process BOM fast and accurately and better control process cost.
