摘要

对比分析了电磁搅拌磁场形式与强度对Pb-80Sn过共晶合金凝固组织及宏观成分偏析的影响。结果表明

螺旋磁场能够促进合金熔体在更大区域内流动

促使温度场、溶质场更均匀分布

从而改善合金凝固组织及成分偏析。搅拌频率一定时

旋转磁场和螺旋磁场在电流分别为125A和100A时对铸锭凝固组织的改善效果最好

晶粒尺寸由无磁场时的247.5μm分别减小为152.6μm和143.2μm;在电流为125A时两种形式磁场在改善成分偏析方面具有最佳效果

Sn含量差值分别由无磁场时的9.71%减小到1.37%和0.28%。

Abstract

Effects of magnetic field and intensity of electromagnetic stirring on solidification structure and macro-composition segregation of Pb-80 Sn cast ingots were investigated.The results show that spiral magnetic field has a better effect in improving the solidification structure and macro composition segregation through promoting a large zone stirring for alloy melt to make the solute and temperature field distribution more uniform.At a fixed frequency

the solidification structure exhibits desirable when the current is 125 Afor rotating magnetic field and 100 Afor spiral magnetic field

where the grain sizes are reduced to 152.6μm and 143.2μm from 247.5μm without magnetic field

respectively.The composition segregation is relieved greatly when the current is 125 Afor both rotating and spiral magnetic field

reduced to 1.37%and 0.28%from 9.71%in the absence of magnetic field

respectively.
