镁合金石膏型保护性试验研究
摘要
通过对镁合金石膏型重力铸造中铸型不同保护方法的试验
发现采用硼酸与石膏粉料混合的保护方法操作简便
但可能影响浆料的固化;采用石膏型焙烧后浇灌硼酸的保护方法
镁合金件氧化严重;采用硼酸与石膏粉料混合焙烧后浇灌硼酸
铸件无氧化
阻燃效果好
但由于工序增加
仅适合小批量生产。
Abstract
Different protective methods of the gypsum mold for gravity casting of magnesium alloy were analyzed comparatively.The results show that manufacturing process by using borate and gypsum powder mixed protection is simple
however
it may affect cure of gypsum slurry.By using manufacturing process of watering borate after mold baking
the oxidation on casting surface exhibits serious.Manufacturing process by watering borate after borate and gypsum powder mixing baking exhibits the oxidation-free and desirable ignition-proof efficiency
however
due to increasing procedure
the method is only suitable for the small batch of production of magnesium alloy parts.
