The roller manufactured by liquid die forging technology was conducted.And according to the theory of materials mechanics and solidification
the quantitative calculation model of the start-pressure time and the hold-pressure time of liquid die forging rollers was derived.Meanwhile
combining with the working principle of the liquid die forging technology of rollers
the pouring height of rollers during squeezing casting process was presented
and its computation formula was given.Through ProCAST to analysis the roller with the specification175mm×480mm and the verification test of smaller sample of the roller
absence of defects such as shrinkage cavities and porosities in the squeezing casting roller can be observed.
