时效处理对Mg-15Y合金腐蚀性能的影响
摘要
研究了不同时效温度和时间对Mg-15Y合金在3.5%的NaC1溶液中的腐蚀行为的影响
并分析了合金的腐蚀机理。结果表明
225℃时效处理时的峰时效时间为12h
硬度值达到最大
随着时间的延长
硬度值开始下降
并在110℃左右时趋于平缓;随着浸泡时间延长
腐蚀深度和析氢量持续增加;在浸泡时间一定时
合金的腐蚀程度随时效时间的延长先增加后减小
析氢速率先增大后减小
电势电位与腐蚀电流先减小后增大;在同一时效温度下随着时效时间的延长
腐蚀宏观形貌上没有很大的变化
随着时效时间的延长
析氢量先减小后增加。
Abstract
The corrosion behavior of Mg-15 Y magnesium alloy after aging at different temperature and time in 3.5% NaCl solution was investigated
and corrosion mechanism of the alloy was described.The results show that the peak aging time of Mg-15 Yis 12hat 225℃
where the hardness of the alloy reaches the maximum values.And then with increasing in aging time
the hardness of the alloy is decreased to approximately 110.The corrosion depth and the hydrogen evolution are gradually increased with increasing in soaking time.At a fixed soaking time
the corrosion degree and the hydrogen evolution rate are increased firstly and then decreased with increasing in soaking time
while the corrosion potential and corrosion current of the alloy are decreased firstly and then increased.At the same temperature
corrosion morphology change can be neglected with postponing aging time
however
hydrogen evolution rate is decreased firstly and then increased.
