Abstract
Effects of filler content(iron powder and aluminum powder)on the mechanical properties of the E-44 epoxy resin were investigated.The results indicate that the compression strength and the tensile strength of the resin materials reach 80 MPa and 27

with iron powder to E-44 resin of(3

meeting the strength requirement of common ejection mold.The strength of filler material is decreased with the mass ratio of filler content and E-44 epoxy resin increase.
