摘要

研究了铝合金泵体压铸成型工艺

利用ProCAST模拟软件对泵体充型、凝固过程进行了数值模拟并对模拟结果进行分析。根据缩孔、缩松数量判断泵体的质量

通过压铸生产证明

泵体在压铸过程中

铝合金的浇注温度对压铸件影响较大。模拟并优化出最佳工艺参数:压射速度为5m/s

模具预热温度为200℃

铝合金浇注温度为640℃。模拟结果可以应用于实际的生产中。

Abstract

Aluminum alloy pump body was produced by die casting

and filling and solidification process of pump body were simulated and analyzed by the ProCAST software.Based on the number of shrinkage porosity（holes）

the quality of the pump body was visualized.The practical product reveals that pouring temperature of the aluminum alloy melt exhibits a key role in quality of die casting pump body.The optimized processing parameters are presented as follows:injection speed of 5 m/s

mold preheating temperature of 200℃ and pouring temperature of 640℃.
