更有高的导电/导热性、软化温度和抗应力松弛能力。用C64780合金代替锡磷青铜带材
既可以降低原材料成本和加工成本
同时也可以极大地改善国产锡磷青铜性能差、弹性元件寿命短的问题
提升国产材料的性能。
Abstract
Due to the problems in the serious segregation tendency and poor strip microstructure
performance uniformity as well as the low service life of elastic components
it is a acceptable choice for C64780 alloy substituted for the phosphor bronze.Compared with the phosphor bronze
C64780 alloy as silicon bronze alloy
is the equivalent in density
melting temperature
fatigue life
strength and hardness
and is superior in resistance stress relaxation and more high conductive/thermal conductivity as well as softening temperature.C64780 alloy can decrease the cost of raw materials and control the processing costs
and greatly improve the problems from the use of the phosphor bronze.
