HyperMesh与ProCAST接口方式的研究

针对ProCAST软件模型修改和网格划分功能较弱的问题
讨论了HyperMesh软件与ProCAST所有可行的接口方式。以某压铸件网格划分及输入输出为例
成功实现了将HyperMesh划分好的优质2D、3D网格导入到ProCAST中
解决了大型复杂铸件模型在ProCAST中划分网格难的问题。结果表明
先在HyperMesh中划分网格
再导入ProCAST中进行后续处理是一种有效的方式
可以节省时间
提高精度和速度。
Abstract
In order to solve the problem of model modification and mesh generation in ProCAST software
all possible interface mode were discussed between HyperMesh software and ProCAST.Taking an die casting as an example
high quality 2D、3Dgrid of HyperMesh was input into ProCAST successfully
and problem of difficult to be meshed of large
complex castings model in the ProCAST software was solved.The results indicate that it is an effective way of meshing in HyperMesh at first and then inputing into ProCAST for postprocessing
greatly saving time and improving accuracy and speed.
