The design process and ideas of mechanical ultrasonic stirring furnace were introduced for preparing the aluminum matrix composites.Design was conducted for aiming at furnace body of the stirring furnace and agitator

especially for designing and describing the relevant problems in furnace body configuration and composites preparation.The results show that the furnace designed has the advantages of heat preservation and heating effect because of designing furnace cover and lifting functions by hydraulic lifting system to ensure the safe and smooth operation of equipment

which can solve the problems in single machine or ultrasonic mixing equipment in the production process

and provide technological support for preparing high performance and uniform composites.
