摘要

采用消失模铸造技术结合双金属液固复合铸造工艺制备了双金属复合弯管。对不同真空度条件下的复合弯管结合界面进行了观察

并对结合良好的双金属界面进行了显微组织观察、并做了硬度和冲击韧度等测试。结果表明

无真空条件下双金属界面结合良好

耐磨层硬度略有增加

复合层冲击韧度明显提升

αk可达24J·cm-2。

Abstract

Bimetallic curvature pipes were produced by liquid-solid casting technology combining with lost foam casting.Effects of different vacuum rate on the bonding interface of bimetallic curvature pipes were observed.Meanwhile

microstructure

hardness and impact toughness of bimetallic pipes with desirable bonding were investigated.The results indicate that bimetallic pipes present good bonding interfaces with the absence of vacuum pressure.The hardness of the high chromium cast iron is increased slightly

and the impact toughness is improved apparently

reaching 26J·cm-2.
