通过对ZL101A合金旋转喷吹精炼工艺的正交试验
分析了影响旋转喷吹精炼技术的4个因素
包括喷头转速、氩气流量、精炼温度及除气时间
确定了影响旋转喷吹精炼效果的因素依次为喷头旋转速度、氩气流量、合金液温度及除气时间
得出了最佳工艺参数组合:喷头转速为300r·min-1
氩气流量为3.5L·min-1
合金液精炼温度为700℃
除气时间为15min。
