摘要

研究了不同球磨工艺参数（球磨转速、球磨时间、球料比）对Al-7Si-1Mg合金粉末球磨后的粒度、微观形貌的影响。结果表明

不同工艺球磨的Al-7Si-1Mg合金粉末半固态组织存在明显差异。通过正交试验优化并得到了最佳球磨工艺参数:球磨转数为100r/min

球磨时间为30min

球料比为5∶1。以此球磨工艺参数球磨的合金粉末

经冷压成形之后

在部分重熔的过程中可以得到细小、圆整且在液相中均匀分布α-Al晶粒的半固态组织。随着加热时间的延长

α-Al晶粒有粗化行为且尺寸不断增加。

Abstract

Effects of ball milling parameters （rotating speed

milling time

ratio of milling ball） on the particle size and the microstructure morphology of Al-7Si-1Mg alloy powder were investigated. The results indicate that there are difference for the semi-solid microstructure of milled Al-7Si-1Mg alloy powder. The optimized ball milling parameters by orthogonal experiment were presented as follows: rotating speed of 100 r/min

milling time of 30 min

ratio of milling ball 5∶1. A quantity of the milled alloy powder was pressed into cold-pressed consolidation specimen for partial remelting. The semi-solid microstructure with small and spheroidized α-Al particles uniformly suspended in liquid phase can be observed during partial remelting. With increasing in remelting time

α-Al particles are coarsened seriously.
