论述了某小型铝合金盖压铸工艺及模具的设计过程。该模具锁模力为1150kN。针对薄小铸件结构特点
设计了弯销延时抽芯机构
动、定模均采用整体式镶块
排、溢系统均匀设在定模分型面上
采用推杆顶出机构
横浇道和内浇道均设计为扁梯形平直式。采用常规工艺参数
该模具经过试模达到一次成功。
Abstract
Die casting process of a small aluminum alloy cover and its mould design were introduced.The locking-force of the mould was 1 150 kN.Aiming at the characteristics of small thin-walled die castings
