The die-casting technology of semi-solid rheological was developed.And the semi-solid die casting die for locking with different dimensions of ingates was designed.The filling and solidification process of semi-solid rheological die-casting was simulated by using Flow-3D software
and practical production was conducted to verify the simulated result.The result shows that during semi-solid rheological die-casting

ingate dimension of die-casting mold is closely related to the quality of semi-solid die-casting product.The mechanical properties of the semi-solid rheological forming parts in condition of a larger ingate area are superior to those of one in a smaller ingate area.The optimized processing parameters are as follows:injection velocity of 1 m/s
mould pre-heating temperature of 240 ℃ and semi-solid slurry temperature of 590 ℃.
