摘要

利用有限元数值模拟软件对不同浇注系统的铝合金压铸件的液态充型过程和凝固时间进行了分析

获得了铸件缺陷的预测结果。对比结果表明

浇注系统的设计对铸件液态充型的过程、凝固时间和铸件缺陷的位置与大小具有显著的影响。改进后的浇注系统设计方案显示液态合金充型平稳

且零件的铸造缺陷明显减少

从而提高了铝合金压铸件的整体质量。

Abstract

Filling and solidification process of gear wheel room with different gating system were simulated by FEM（finite element method）software.The defects positions at the part in the casting process were predicted.The simulation results show that the design of the gating system has a significant effect on filling process

solidification time and the size and position of casting defects.The liquid alloy is filled smoothly with optimized design

and the defects in the part are reduced obviously

improving the whole quality of aluminum alloy die castings.
