摘要

完成了Q80型履带板的产品及模具设计

通过Q80型履带板的浇注工艺试验

得到形状完整、表面光洁的产品。介绍了耐磨铸钢件Q80型履带板的V法生产工艺及品质控制。通过与现有的水玻璃砂生产工艺对比

发现V法铸造工艺产品在表面品质及尺寸精度方面均有一定的优势。同时

经过产品成本核算

采用V法铸造工艺

单件造型成本有明显下降。

Abstract

Based on the modeling software

the product and V-process mold design for the Q80 track shoe were conducted.Through pouring

the Q80 type track shoe with complete shape and clean quality was manufactured successfully.The production process and the quality control were introduced.Compared with the traditional silicate-bonded sand casting process

the V-process exhibited the advantages in surface quality and dimensional precision.According to the cost counting

the V-process had reduced distinctly the cost per product in molding.
