摘要

<正> 在无锡青铜铸件生产中发现

壁薄铸件冒口下部易发生缩孔、厚壁大件冒口下易产生疏松。尽管采用铁模铸造和放有较大冒口

此类疵病仍不断发生。另外

该种铸件易产生气孔

从铸件底部向冒口根部气孔逐渐增多。例如1962年我厂生产了一批总重达5吨的铜套（材质ZQAI9-4和ZQAI10-3-1.5

单件重10～25公斤）

尽管放了约占铸件重量1/3的大冒口

仍因补给不良而导致了大量废品

缩孔状况如图1。

Abstract

This poper have studied the exothermic agent for aluminium bronze. Its effect on the Solidification time of feeder heads and shrinkage deepness is investigated
