<正> 一、锆氟酸钾与合金成分的关系锆氟酸钾对合金成分的影响见表1。由表1可见:（1）合金中镁含量显著减低;（2）合金中增加了锆元素

其含量随锆氟酸钾加入量增加而有所增加

但吸收率随加入量增高而减低;（3）硅、锰元素含量与配料量相差不大;（4）含铁量为0.2％左右

This paper is systematical to introduce the influence upon chemical elements

smelting technique

heat treating technique

modifying effect

refining effect

mechanical properties

etc. of ZL101 alloy as a result of treating ZL101 alloy with potassium fluozirconate

and sum up the technological parameters and good application effect for treating ZLlOl alloy with patassium f luozirconate.
