离心铸造防粘砂易溃涂料的研究

研究离心铸造用涂料的性能和测试方法
并提出了新型离心铸造用涂料。结果表明:新涂料的性能优于传统的涂料
良好地解决了缸套的粘砂、表面硬和涂层不易溃散的缺陷。
Abstract
The Properties and measuring method of coatings for centrifugal casting have been studied and new types of coatings for centrifugal casting have been put forward in this Paper. The results show that the Properties of new coatings are superior to thoes of traditional coatings
and the defects of sand burning and surface hardening as well as no easy Crumbling of coatings on cylinder sleeves are well solved.
