    摘要

    <正> 一、前言 六十年代以来,ILZRO(国际铝锌研究组织)等相继研制出ZA12、ZA27和ZA8等锌基合金。由于性能优良,成为很有竞争力的铸造合金系列。它的机械性能,除延伸率和冲击韧性稍差外,完全可以和青铜、铸铁、铸铝相比美,甚至超过这些合金。它们的耐磨损件能,可以和锡青铜ZQSn6 6 3比美。比利时在ZA27中加入晶粒细化剂,制成ZA27C,并取得专利。

    Abstract

    The author studied the properties of the Zn-27%Al alloy without any addition and in case of adding the B, B-Ti, or rare earth elements in it . Through observation,measuring its microstructure and its mechanical properties, friction wear, etching resistance and so on, the author found out that the ZA27 alloy possesses good characteristics and in some case is possible to be used as a wear resistance material to take the place of ZQSn6-6-3. Some experiment results were analysed theoretically by the author.
