将其浇灌在砂箱内模样上
经凝固硬化得到铸型
其生产工艺简单
有较大灵活性
主要用于模具生产。在拔模石膏型中按其使用状态可分为发泡石膏型和非发泡石膏型
发泡石膏型具有一定的强度
较好的透气性
在大气压力下可得到表面光洁
尺寸精确的良好铝合金铸件。
Abstract
In this paper we introduce the techniq ue of forming plaster which is made by using foaming agent
research the effect of foaming agent on permeability and strength of foaming plaster
and determine reasonable range of foaming agent. At the same time we base on resource of molding material at home make choice of reasonable recipe of foaming plaster
and research the effect of hydrolyziag ethyl silicate on the strength of foaming plaster.
