一、前言铸件中产生“夹杂”缺陷往往是造成铸件报废或机械性能降低的主要原因之一

也是进一步扩大铸件应用范围的主要障碍。对于在高温负荷下工作的航空发动机涡轮工作叶片

仅仅0.05mm

的微小夹杂缺陷即影响零件的疲劳寿命因此

克服铸造夹杂缺陷至为重要。涡轮叶片的内部夹杂问题

是航空精铸行业普遍存在的问题。南方动力机械公司的精铸涡轮叶片

由于夹杂所造成的废品占整个废品的60％以上

长期以来难以解决。直至应用泡沫陶瓷过滤器过滤浇注以后

才基本得到克服。
