摘要

本文论述了铝合金铸件冒口发热剂的选择

以及发热剂的组成成份对它的性能的影响。实验应用结果表明:该剂可使冒口体积减小一半以上

并具有原料丰富

燃烧平稳吸潮性小等一系列优点。

Abstract

In this paper

it is described how to choose the exothermic agent for the riser of aluminium alloy castings. At the same time

it points out the effect of the composition of exothermic agent on its properties. The experiments and practical applications show that the exothermic agent used decreases the volume of the riser more than half. This agent has a lot of advantages such as abundant raw materials

good combustibility

easy use and less rate of absorbing moisture etc.
