摘要

全面研究比较了在各种熔化和铸造条件下ZA27合金的韧性。结果表明:成功地进行晶粒细化不是获得高塑性合金的充分条件

而采用水平连续铸造等严格顺序凝固的方法

即使不加细化剂

也能获得高塑性高韧性和高耐磨性材料。

Abstract

In this paper

the influence of the melting and casting conditions on the toughness of ZA27 alloy has been studied. The results showed that the strict Sequence-solidification such as the horizontal continuous casting is the main condition of obtaining high plasticity

high toughness and high wearability. Wherease the grain refinement is not the ample condition.
