压铸模热量平衡简析

<正> 前言 在压铸生产实践中常常会出现下述情况: 1.有些压铸模从开始生产到压铸若干模后
继续压铸出来的铸件
质量变好而且稳定。 2.有些压铸模在生产了一定时间后
铸件会出现细微裂缝或表面针孔
这时如放慢生产节拍或使模具降温后再次压铸
就能消除这些缺陷;
Abstract
In this paper
the heat transfer at every step of die casting process
from holding furnance
shooting sleeve
runner
and gate to cavity were considered. Based on these considerations and as well as the character of injection system of modern die casting machine
an optimum die temperature for getting high quality castings may be determined.It is suggested that building up a good condition of heat balance
in order to maintain the optimum die temperature should be regarded as one of the important duties of die designer.
