摘要

本文是在前期研究的基础上

运用扫描电镜和电子探针为主要手段

探索了Na、Sr元素在不同条件下在组织中的线分布和微区含量以及其对共晶硅形貌“异样”生长的影响。

Abstract

This essay based on our pervious research and by the scanning electronic microscope and electronic probe as a major method

makes a study of the states of linear distribution of Na

Sr elements under different conditions and their content in a micro area and their influence to the growth of the "peculiar" appearance of eutectic silicon.
