摘要

本文从试验和生产的角度论述了配制石膏型混合料浆时

混水量对石膏型混合料浆的胶凝时间、流动性、悬浮性

对石膏型的热膨胀率、强度、裂纹倾向性、表面粗糙度和尺寸精度等性能和工艺质量等的影响关系;提出了在生产中确定混水量的原则和方法

同时也概述了水质与水温的影响。

Abstract

The paper describes the influence of the percent of miscible water on the processing Quality and performances such as gelatinizing time

flowability

susperisibility of slurry when charging and mixing

on thermal dilatation

strength

aptitude of cracking

surface finish and dimensional accuracy

and pointing out the principles and method to determine the percent of miscible water in production and briefing the influence of the property and temperature of water.
