摘要

热分析法可用来监测共晶Al-Si合金用Na、Sr变质的变质效果

并能监测亚共晶铝合金α晶粒细化及过共晶Al-Si合金初晶硅的细化。该法借助于对合金特殊温度点的变化ΔT的测量

可以予测合金的金相组织及机械性能

因而是一种快速、简便、廉价的炉前检测方法。

Abstract

Thermal analysis can be used to monitor the modification effect of eutectic Al-Si casting alloy with Na or Sr

as well as to monitor a-grain refinement of hypoecutectic aluminium alloy and tomonitor primary silicon grain refinement of hypereutectic aluminium-silicon alloys. The microstructure and the mechanical properties of alloys can be determined by measuring AT at special temperature point and therefore this method is a quick

simple

convenient and economical method for monitoring the quality of melting Al-Si casting alloys.
