A systematic study is made on the aging technology of two common cast aluminum alloys-ZL1.01 and ZL105 in this paper. It has studied the relations between the alloys
aging standards and their HB and stretching properties. The influence of magnesium content in the alloys on the HB and the natural aging effect of the alloys are also discussed. It offeres parameters for the suitable select of the aluminum alloy castings heat-treatment standards and their production technology.
