摘要

本文系统的介绍了高强度Al-Cu-Mn-Ti合金熔炼过程中钛元素不稳定的原因及如何控制办法

并探讨了影响其机械性能的因素。又从金相、试棒质量

铝—锰中间合金的加入时间、熔炼及热处理方法等方面如何控制此合金的机械性能作了全面的分析与研究。

Abstract

This paper is systematical to introduce the unstalle cause of Ti-elememt in the smelting process of high tensile strength Al-Cu-Mu-Ti alloy and control method

and probes the factor effecting its mechanical property. And it gives comprehensive analyses and studies about how to control the mechanical properties of the alloy

in the way of metallograph

coupon quality

the time that Al-Mn master alloy is mixed in the alloy

the smelting

heat-treatment method and so on.
