通过添加合金元素M,研制出含耐磨硬质点的新型锌合金耐磨材料,并通过电镜及扫描观察了硬质点的形貌及成分分布。试验证明,该合金完全可以代替锡青铜,比锡青铜成本降低约70%,适合于重载、低速下工作的轴瓦、轴套、蜗轮等滑动配件。
In order to produce wearing hardness particle, we added M alloy belement , observed the morphology of hardness panicle by electron microscope, and probed ingradient distribution by electron scanning.Testing results show that.it is able to replace tin-bronze. It adapts to be maked some bushes,sleeves and turbines which using in heavy load and low speed.
