摘要

本文利用自制的精密压力计

测定了金属液充型过程中的压力

观察了压铸件的金相组织

并测定了抗拉强度。指出了金属液充型时压力传递的规律及其对压铸件质量的影响。

Abstract

In the present paper

the pressure of molten metal during filling mould was measured using precise self-made barometer The mecallographical structures of die casting were examined and tensile test was mt.de on those castings. The rule for pressure transfer during the process of filling mould and its influence on the quality of die castings are revealed.
