Abstract

By comprehensive comparing

this paper shows that the quality of the colloidal silica produced by Wuhan Chemical Plant is equal to that of Monsanto Corporations high quality colloidal silica. In order to short the period of preparing a shell mould

the new technology of alternate hardening of acid and alkaline colloidal silica is also studied.
