摘要

以挤压铸造汽车空压机铝合金连杆为研究对象

进行了较全面的试验研究。其中包括挤压铸造工艺参数和模具的结构参数的选择;连杆用铝合金材料的选配及性能试验;连杆的台架试验及装车使用考核等

探讨出挤压铸造空压机铝合金连杆的最佳生产方案。

Abstract

This paper describes the extensive experiments and research works on extrusion casting aluminium piston rods for truck air compressors

including the choice of parameters of extrusion casting technology and mould structure;the selection of aluminium alloys for the rods and the test for their properties; the experiment both in test equipments and practical truck operation with the roads; and the approaching of on optimal production plan.
