针对高铝锌基合金(ZZnAl-27)易产生缩松的倾向
研究了凝固模式对该合金性能的影响。发现不解决该合金严重的产生缩松倾向
要想大幅度提高它的力学性能是困难的
而顺序凝固可以大大减轻合金的缩松程度。因而机械性能
尤其是塑性
得到显著提高
断裂韧性也有所改善。
Abstract
’ To counter the serious porosity tendency of ZA-27 alloy
this paper has concentrated on the effect of solidification order on the properties of the alloy. The results indicated that it is difficult to improve the mechanical properties of the alloy remarkably before the preveting of serious porosity tendency. Since the directional solidification can considerably alleviate the porosity level of the alloy
the mechanical properties of the alloy
especially the plasticity
could be significantly improved. The fracture toughness Klc could also be increased.
